Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Santa Ana (CAC Santa Ana) is a coffee cooperative based in the Cajamarca region of northern Peru. It is known for producing high-quality specialty coffee, often characterized by bright acidity, complex flavors, and a focus on sustainability and community development.

This cooperative of farmers are composed of small-scale coffee producers, many of whom rely on coffee as their primary source of income. The farmers focus on environmental practices such as: shade-grown coffee, organic farming techniques, and preserving biodiversity in the region. They often participate in certifications like Organic, Fair Trade, and the Rain Forest Alliance. Alongside their environmental focus, there is also a social impact that focuses on providing training and support to its members to include technical assistance in agronomy and sustainable farming practices. The cooperative also often reinvests profits into community infrastructure, healthcare, and education.
